Kelley Kilpatrick has a PhD in nursing and heads the theme related to Evaluative Research and Patient Experience. Kelley Kilpatrick is an Associate Professor at the Ingram School of Nursing at McGill University and the Susan E. French Chair in Nursing Research and Innovative Practice.

Kelley Kilpatrick's research program focuses on team functioning and advanced practice nursing roles and aims to improve care for patients and families. Kelley led the implementation of new nurse practitioner roles in long-term care and home care teams In Québec. Her team developed the first patient-reported experience and patient-reported outcome measure of interprofessional team functioning that Includes patient and families as members of the healthcare team.
